I love being a celebrant! It would be my privilege and honour to fulfil your wishes on your important occasion.
Having trained with The International College of Professional Celebrants (ICPC) - I am part of a unique, global community of celebrants who support one another in their professional practice.
I am based in East Sussex and also cover Kent, West Sussex and Surrey, however, I would consider travelling beyond these areas.
Prior to arriving at celebrancy, I had a long and successful career in the motor trade, on both the manufacturers’ side and on the retail side of the business. Starting as an engineering apprentice with Ford Motor Company, working in Customer Service, then Area Management with Nissan Motor GB and then numerous roles in car dealerships from sales person to senior manager. Throughout my career I have presented at awards ceremonies, delivered regional meetings and training courses and have always felt comfortable presenting, but the most important skill I have learnt is the listening skills and rapport building skills that are a must for a successful sales person, and crucial for a celebrant.
Being invited to work with couples, families or individuals at such significant milestones in their lives is so personally rewarding for me. It brings me a sense of great joy and wellbeing knowing that I have assisted you, in a small way, on your life journey.
Whether you need me to create a bespoke and personalised wedding, vow renewal, funeral or naming ceremony, you will always have my unwavering attention to detail. I will share in your tales of good humour, cherished sentiment and those unforgettable stories that can bring joy or a tear to the eye.
I am an accomplished public speaker and one of my core values is to enable those around me to be at ease and to experience the emotions of the occasion.
