Planning a loved one's funeral can feel like the most daunting task and you may feel overwhelming pressure to make everything absolutely right.
Please be assured that with me as your celebrant, I will be there for you, your family and treasured friends.
I have great empathy and understanding of deep loss that you may be feeling. I understand that in your ceremony, you will want to share everything that was unique, special and why they were loved. As your celebrant, I will capture every essence of what you want to say. Together, we will make this precious moment, exactly how you want it to be.
We will talk about the stories, anecdotes and moments that made up the life of the person that you are celebrating. From these conversations, I will paint a picture with words, to fill the room with love and memories of your loved one.
The eulogy that I create will be shared and agreed with you before the ceremony. You may wish for a reading or poem to be read at the ceremony and will undoubtedly want some music to accompany the day. I can support you with your choices if you need.
Together, we will make this celebration of life beautiful.

If a traditional funeral doesn’t feel quite right, there are alternatives and as your celebrant I can help to explain the differences and help you make the right choice. With the increase in popularity of Direct Cremations, or Unattended Cremations, moving the celebration of life from a crematorium to another venue sets a different tone. It enables you to say goodbye in a more unique and personal way. You can take your time.
You can host a celebration of life at a place of significance such as a country house, garden, barn, village hall, or community centre.
